I had the pleasure of working with Inga Seischab from 10/24 to 03/25 on the Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstream of a global S/4HANA transformation at ElringKlinger, a cbs client. In a complex, fast-paced project environment, Inga impressed from day one with her ability to onboard quickly, navigate ambiguity, and contribute with clarity, structure, and deep OCM expertise. Inga integrated seamlessly into our workstream, bringing a fresh external perspective that added great value. Together, we developed a comprehensive, best-practice-based OCM strategy that laid the foundation for the transformation. We put Inga Seischab in charge of a huge change project. We started to harmonize and digitalize our entire R&D data structure several years ago. In my area of responsibility, we had to combine globally more than 10 different data systems and change the mode of documentation for over 800 FTE. For this 2 year project we hired Inga as a consultant.
Inga started immediately to familiarize herself with the space and get acquainted with our Corporate culture. It was fantastic to see Inga focusing on the content of the project but also addressing the different regional aspects. Focus, speed by embracing regional differences all in parallel, describes best the working mode of Inga. And to have an open feedback seeking interaction with me as sponsor just with the right balance. In case of a new change project, I would hire Inga again.

I met Inga as part of a project that aimed to implement a global data integration platform for BASF R&D (Performance Materials) in four major R&D regions worldwide. This project was a strategic initiative on BASF´s digitalization roadmap and required a high level of change management to make people “think digitally” and change mindsets and behaviours. “Bringing data together” is no easy task in our R&D world with different cultures, system setups, and histories.
Inga was brought in as an external consultant to manage the project and coordinate the entire change management and communication initiative. Our region was implemented at the end of 2023, at the end of a project period of more than two years. However, Inga involved us months before the rollout started to lay the foundation for a successful implementation. This helped us to engage the local team, get early buy-in from key stakeholders, and gave us a head start on many of the planned activities. Inga is an experienced project and change management expert who is very knowledgeable, articulate and result orientated. She supported the rollout in North America with high level of competence and efficiency so that we could achieve our milestones.
She is highly collaborative and able to drive complex transformation projects. Working with Inga on this project was exactly what we needed: the perfect mix of effective project and change management. Inga takes the initiative, delivers results and communicates effectively and proactively. The first time I met Inga Seischab was when I was working at Deutsche Telekom in Darmstadt as a Quality and Test Manager. My initial impression was: Seasoned Project Manager being really polite and charming, strong at meeting timelines with excellent communication skills. Later in another engagement at Vodafone, we were part of the same Programme Management Office team for the re-launch of Vodafone TV in Germany.
At Vodafone, Inga has driven the whole Programme forward by setting clear rules and targets for everyone, chasing and challenging people to fulfill their commitments. Her outstanding communication and people skills were a major asset in this role.
Inga controlled the whole reporting and communication stream to the upper management in a way that key topics were clearly stated and addressed to achieve a maximum of transparency for all participants. She also played a key role in setting up the risk management stream in cooperation with myself in my function as End-to-End Process Quality Lead in the PMO.
Especially worth noting are her patience and pro-active attitude in bringing topics forward and solving any potential misunderstandings right from the start before they could turn into issues, which was crucial to achieve the sometimes ambitious timelines of the overall Programme. Inga was unfailingly loyal to both Programme Management and Programme team members and acted as an integrative factor between all parties, even under high pressure.
Inga is a good leader as much as a good teamplayer and worked effectively with stakeholders and individuals of all kinds, levels and types. With her in-depth and well-grounded understanding of organizational structures and effective collaboration, Inga was instrumental in shaping the Programme structure and establishing a common communication and working environment that was highly efficient and transparent. All in all I can say Inga was and is the ideal solution for any high priority project with high management attention, tough timelines, complex teams and challenging stakeholders. Inga Seischab worked for ARLANXEO as Change and Communications Manager in the context of a global SAP S/4HANA implementation. She joined shortly after our Pilot implementation and took over seamlessly from the previous job holders. Her role was to manage the stakeholder matrix, develop the communication roadmap, and ensure delivery of communications to all affected stakeholders at the right point in time. This included designing and developing communications for various channels, i.e. Intranet releases, briefings, calls, project marketing material, newsletters, and others. She was also in charge of managing our change network, which included regular our Senior Management of the involved countries.
