I worked with Inga in the context of a global quality and compliance program (Quality@GC IT) for Global Commercial IT with Novartis Pharma AG where she worked as a Change, Communications and PMO Manager. In this role she was responsible for Stakeholder and Communication Management (communication planning and delivery) as well as Transition and Organizational Change Management. In addition, she ran the PMO, helping to set up governance and to establish the required structure to support the client Program Manager in his role.

In my role as Quality & Process Support Manager I worked closely with Inga in developing targeted communications to specific audiences, which is a key success factor for a sustainable implementation especially in the areas mentioned. Inga not only impressed me with her subject matter expert knowledge in the areas she was involved in and accountable for, but also with the way she was able to bring structure to a complex working environment.

What impressed me most about Inga was her ability manage opposing points of views, and diffuse tense situations. Due to her impressive knowledge in multiple subject matter areas, she is able to extract the key messages from multiple sources and communicate this message in an effective and professional manner.

Inga was instrumental in ensuring that the program remained on schedule and was always willing to go beyond her job description to get the job done well. Inga works at a phenomenal speed and always has a smile on her face. She is a valuable asset because of her versatility and willingness to participate as a team player.

I enjoyed having Inga in the office and would gladly work with her again.
